Step 2: Fill Out the Questionnaire

Does the Parent Handbook show that this home childcare suits the needs for your child and family? Fill out the questionnaire and email it to hollyshome2023@gmail.com.

Step 3: The Meet & Greet

Upon receiving the questionnaire, it will be reviewed. The childcare provider will reach out via email to confirm whether or not your family will be scheduled for a meet & greet.
